REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Divine Remedies Bath & Body LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every handcrafted product we make and want you to love what you receive.

30-Day Return Window If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

Unopened Products Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective when recieved.

Opened Products — Our Satisfaction Guarantee Because our products are handmade and applied to the skin, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your skin doesn't love it, we want to know. Contact us and we will work with you personally to find a solution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or something else. We never want you to feel stuck with a product that isn't right for you.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.
